📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents, automations, and workflow solutions • Improve business efficiency and accelerate innovation • Deliver practical AI solutions that drive measurable results • Evaluate business systems, processes, project execution, and technology • Develop robust technology improvements for businesses • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Manage client expectations regarding scope, schedule, budget, and satisfaction • Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams • Ensure delivered solutions adhere to requirements and customer needs • Stay current on emerging AI technologies and recommend practical client applications

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of consulting experience at a large enterprise-level firm • Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and support solution definition projects • Hands-on experience building and deploying generative AI solutions, agents, prompts, workflows, or automations • Experience moving AI solutions from prototype through pilot and production deployment • Experience administering enterprise AI platforms and environments • Strong analytical skills, including process improvement, value stream mapping, and business metric management • Experience collaborating with software development and business teams • Understanding of enterprise security, governance, compliance, and responsible AI principles • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Undergraduate degree in business or technology • Familiarity with Claude Code, MCP, Projects, Skills, or comparable agent frameworks • Experience supporting AI platform administration and governance activities • Experience within AI Centers of Excellence or enterprise AI transformation programs • Coding proficiency sufficient to build, modify, troubleshoot, and support AI-enabled solutions
