📋 Description

• Target and penetrate public sector organizations, middle-market businesses, and larger businesses to source new opportunities for CBIZ Valuation Group, primarily for tangible asset valuation and also financial, real estate, and machinery and equipment appraisal and valuation • Schedule virtual and/or in-person appointments and visits with potential and current referral sources, especially insurance brokers, to secure referrals • Support prospecting and referral activity through a goal of 20 sales appointments per month • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through trusted relationships, enterprise sales programs, campaigns, and digital programming • Analyze prospects' needs and interests, determine appropriate products, and coordinate with Client Service leaders • Collaborate with Client Service colleagues on team sales approaches, proposals, value propositions, and win strategies • Contact Risk Managers and financial leaders in manufacturing, construction, business services, and public sector industries • Partner with Client Service Teams to develop and execute local-market and practice-group sales campaigns • Plan and report weekly sales activity using Salesforce CRM • Report to the National Sales Leader and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders • Craft an annual sales plan and meet the agreed annual sales goal • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3 Years of experience as a subject matter expert • Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally • Effective customer service skills • Proficient use of applicable technology • Ability to work in team environment as well as independently • Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
