• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior Account Executives. • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, and forecasting activities. • Establish sales operating rhythms and performance expectations. • Drive team quota attainment and pipeline generation. • Support strategic opportunities and major pursuits. • Recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent. • Ensure CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and sales process compliance. • Collaborate with marketing, alliances, and practice leadership. • Execute partner-led and industry-specific sales campaigns. • Report sales performance and market insights to executive leadership. • 15+ years of consultative sales experience.
• The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's of business administration or equivalent, MBA preferred • Minimum of 10 years of experience required • Established business relationships in the local business community • Possess industry knowledge • Excellent verbal and written communication skills plus presentation skills • Possess leadership qualities necessary to lead a team • Ability to manage time effectively and to multi-task
