📋 Description

• Provide remote technical support to Edward Jones branches, departments, and remote users • Diagnose and resolve issues involving branch video and phone systems, platform access, and remote-user data connectivity • Deliver phone-based technical support using a structured knowledge base • Handle password resets, how-to questions, and general supported-system inquiries • Identify, document, and analyze trends to improve problem resolution and prevent recurrence • Assess and prioritize work based on severity, urgency, and impact • Follow escalation protocols for unresolved issues • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, system functions, and user interactions • Assist with additional assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in computer science or related field OR 2 years of related work experience • Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools • Ability to follow technical instructions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels • Strong documentation and organizational skills • Availability to work occasional weekends and holidays for support coverage • Professional remote workspace with high-speed internet access • Previous call center experience preferred
