📋 Description

• Provide operational and marketing support to Small Group Hub (SGH) Producers and Account Managers • Prepare medical and ancillary insurance quotes for Producers and Account Managers • Accurately enter and maintain data within agency systems and carrier platforms • Facilitate new client onboarding, including carrier installations, Broker of Record (BOR) processing, and EPIC intake documentation • Create enrollment materials and benefit booklets for new and renewing clients • Support Account Managers with administrative and service-related tasks • Respond to internal and external client requests in a timely and professional manner • Follow established procedures, quality controls, and compliance requirements • Assist with departmental projects, process improvements, and other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred • 3 to 5 years of related experience • Must be able to work in a team environment • Presentation skills mandatory • Proficient use of applicable technology • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
