📋 Description

• Plan, organize, and manage all project phases, including design, build, training, and monitoring • Conduct presentations and product training via web conferencing tools • Prioritize and coordinate with sales, data management, development, and customer support teams to resolve customer needs • Provide product training and workflow recommendations to internal team members and customers • Escalate and communicate priorities, successes, and project risks to Project Management and Leadership • Implement Med-Metrix’s Patient Intake Automation Tool • Use, protect, and disclose patients’ protected health information in accordance with HIPAA standards • Comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures • Limit viewing of PHI to the minimum necessary for assigned duties • Travel occasionally to client sites to support go-live • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Customer Service work experience • 2+ years’ experience working in an implementation or project management setting • Prior experience supporting or implementing customers in a SaaS environment • Healthcare/practice management experience preferred • Application system configuration and testing experience preferred • Direct interaction with Development or IT teams preferred • Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, including finding workarounds and evaluating when engineering support is needed • Customer-centric approach and desire to deliver value and an outstanding customer experience • Ability to work independently and in a rapidly changing environment • High proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and Visio • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving and creative skills; sound judgment and decision-making based on accurate and timely analyses • High integrity and dependability; strong sense of urgency and results-oriented approach • Gracious and welcoming personality for customer service interaction • Must possess a smartphone or electronic device capable of downloading applications for multifactor authentication and security purposes • Ability to follow directions, collaborate with others, and handle stress
