• Partner with service line professionals and IT to identify and implement opportunities to streamline and standardize processes leveraging offshore resources, automation, process reengineering and advanced workflow technologies to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. • Collaborate with our Business Intelligence & AI teams to implement advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions to empower teams with actionable insights that enhance strategic decision making. • Gather, document, and translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements that align with project objectives and enable scalable transformation solutions. • Facilitate design workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process walkthroughs to capture and document comprehensive process maps that clearly current-state and future-state workflows, gather feedback, and document recommendations for improvement. • Support project management activities, including timelines, resource planning, risk identification, and status reporting. • Assist with change management efforts, including user training, documentation, and communication strategies. • Develop comprehensive business cases for proposed transformation initiatives with detailed cost and return on investment (ROI) analysis, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and demonstrating the value and impact. • Monitor key performance indicators and adoption metrics to measure success and identify areas for continuous improvement. • Champion innovation by continuously evaluating and advising on new technologies, staying updated with industry trends
• College Degree or equivalent required • 8 years related experience • Expert technical knowledge • Knowledge of industry regulations • Ability to lead and coordinate the team activities of others • Ability to formulate, document and recommend new policies and procedures • Able to work in and lead a team • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally • Ability to travel as required by business and on-call availability
