📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders to understand current and future staffing requirements • Develop workforce forecasts and hiring plans based on business growth, attrition, and operational needs • Analyze workforce data, including headcount, turnover, hiring activity, and productivity metrics • Identify talent gaps and recommend recruiting, retention, or workforce development strategies • Monitor workforce trends and provide regular reporting to leadership • Support budgeting and headcount planning processes • Create dashboards and reports to communicate workforce insights and recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a subject matter expert • Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally • Effective customer service skills • Proficient use of applicable technology • Ability to work in team environment as well as independently • Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
