📋 Description

• Communicate with clients, medical assistants, and nurses within the organization • Maintain client and employee privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations • Handle incoming and outgoing patient and/or vendor calls • Respond to live chats • Work independently on ancillary tasks • Organize and process blood work orders and physician schedules • Manage information input into the computer database • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls • Check voicemails and return customer calls • Maintain daily email communication with patients, vendors, and co-workers • Organize and maintain cleanliness of working areas, supplies, and equipment • Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a Florida resident to apply • Scheduling experience preferred • Customer service experience preferred • Administrative experience preferred • High School Diploma • Associate's in healthcare preferred • Ability to execute active listening and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional customer service • Excellent inter-personal relationship skills and the ability to work with individuals of all levels • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including phone and e-mail etiquette • Ability to prioritize and multi-task • Ability to effectively learn and utilize multiple computer programs • Available to work Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm
