The Christian Broadcasting Network is a nonprofit Christian media organization that produces television programming (including The 700 Club), news, radio, podcasts, animation (Superbook), and digital resources to share the Gospel and provide faith-based news, devotionals, and educational content. It also operates humanitarian and ministry arms—such as Operation Blessing and other global relief and outreach programs—providing aid, prayer support, and faith resources to communities worldwide. CBN raises funds from donors, offers apps and online courses, and distributes content across broadcast and digital platforms to engage and serve viewers and supporters.

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic liaison between Business Operations, Cybersecurity, and Information Technology • Elicit and document business needs; translate those needs into clear, actionable functional and non-functional requirements • Support solution design to ensure alignment with organizational goals, security standards, and compliance obligations • Facilitate ministry activities and contribute to CBN’s Biblical mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in Information Technology, or equivalent line of business or educational experience • Experience with project requirements definition and management systems methodologies • Analytical and product management skills required, including an understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements • Proficient in Business Process Modeling practices and techniques • Knowledge of SQL and BI concepts required • Working knowledge of digital media, consumer services and nonprofit fundraising business models • Experience with CRM and marketing software a strong plus • Experience with the introduction of new technologies and standards in an unstructured environment • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish professional rapport with all levels of management, staff, and the public • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Excellent ability to analyze problems and recommend appropriate solutions • Strong ability to work effectively in a small team-oriented environment • Experience working in Agile teams a plus • Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines • Excellent ability to conduct research into emerging technologies and IT practices a plus • Experience in selecting and implementing packaged software solutions a plus • Demonstrate life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with CBN’s nonprofit Christian mission.
