📋 Description

• Configure, monitor, and manage cloud instances of CBN STI solutions for North American customers • Ensure systems remain highly available, reliable, and secure • Install, configure, and maintain services, instance nodes, networks, and other IT infrastructure components • Design, maintain, and improve infrastructure-as-code and automation pipelines • Monitor system and database instance performance, identify issues, and optimize performance • Implement and manage security measures protecting systems and database instances • Develop and implement backup and recovery plans for 24/7 and on-demand availability • Provide technical support for systems and instances in test and production environments • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, changes, processes, and procedures • Participate in an on-call rotation of 1 week on/5 weeks off • Travel approximately 2–6 weeks per year

🎯 Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States • Must be fluent in English (speak, read, write) • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent additional relevant experience • Knowledge of system administration, cloud computing (Azure), and security best practices • Technical knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, and cloud instances • Technical knowledge of VMWare, XCP-NG, and JVM virtualization • Technical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes • Technical knowledge of Puppet, Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, and Helmchart for deployment/configuration • 4–7 years of system/cloud administration experience, including a minimum of 1 year of cloud administration • Able to work an on-call rotation of 1 week on/5 weeks off • Able to travel approximately 2–6 weeks per year • Preferred: CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or AWS Associate certification(s) • Preferred: Hands-on experience supporting hybrid cloud environments • Preferred: DevOps knowledge and experience • Preferred: Automation knowledge and experience
