📋 Description

• Develop and manage strategic procurement initiatives supporting project development and construction organizations • Plan procurement of major equipment with Development, Engineering, and Project Management for allocation to projects • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments • Issue, manage, and evaluate RFPs for equipment procurement • Lead negotiation of equipment supply agreements • Ensure equipment meets bankability, performance, and reliability standards • Manage equipment logistics and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery • Support and maintain supplier relationships focused on PV modules, BESS, inverters, racking, transformers, and breakers • Serve as a subject matter expert on supply chain trends, technology evolution, and market dynamics • Manage forward-looking product cost and performance roadmaps using vendor relationships and market research • Collect and report global market, commodity, and policy updates • Manage and update company policies as necessary • Report to the Vice President of Supply Chain

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years of supply chain experience in the solar or electric utility industry • B.S. in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of CCE, including executives • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems • Experience in strategic category management for high-voltage equipment preferred • Experience supporting capital construction projects preferred • Experience developing processes and procedures preferred
