📋 Description

• Track and collect patient account payments from insurance providers • Manage patient accounts receivable processes • Minimize outstanding receivables and maximize revenue efficiency • Support inter-company patients with insurance, account status, and billing questions • Record all patient interactions and account task updates • Keep patient statement balances current • Process and post insurance payments received • Coordinate billing for insurance-covered procedures according to business office policy • Complete appeals and send documentation for incorrect, low, or denied insurance reimbursements • Foster positive relationships with vendors, patients, and customers through professional payment interactions • Perform other specific duties as assigned • Report to the RCM Supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • 1+ year in insurance reconciliation and working with insurance providers • Previous experience in reproductive medicine or Women’s health is preferred • Prior experience with calling insurances and EIVF preferred • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, on a rotating basis • Eligibility and authorization to work in the United States • Successful completion of CCRM Fertility’s onboarding process • Ability to communicate with others and work on a computer • Ability to spend prolonged periods preparing and analyzing data and figures • Close visual acuity for viewing a computer terminal and extensive reading • Ability to operate standard office machines and equipment, including computer, telephone, photocopier, and scanner
