📋 Description

• Guide prospective adult students through Colorado Christian University's admissions process using counseling, sales, and follow-up skills • Use marketing and inside-sales techniques in a call center environment to attract students to Christian online higher education • Explain how CCU fits prospective students' educational goals and how faith integrates with their lives and educational or career choices • Answer prospective students' questions about educational wants and needs • Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment goals • Make and receive calls from students or family members inquiring about educational programs • Measure and report recruiting activities, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and CRM task management, to leadership daily and weekly • Collaborate effectively with CAGS staff and faculty to maintain working relationships across the University • Monitor daily enrollments against individual goals and execute techniques to accomplish enrollment goals • Contribute as part of a university-wide team focused on enrolling, retaining, and serving online adult and graduate students • Perform other duties as assigned • Work at a desk using a computer and conducting phone conversations for extended periods; occasional irregular hours, nights, and weekends may be required

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in college/university admissions, sales, public relations, corporate development, marketing, or other related field • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required • Ability to work daily 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Mountain Time and a Saturday shift on a 6 week rotation • Demonstrated ability to achieve enrollment goals and utilize proven educational enrollment techniques • Inbound/outbound tele-sales experience preferred • Proven oral and written communication skills • Highly organized and demonstrated ability to manage time effectively with multiple priorities • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member and as an individual contributor • Experience with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project • Experience with admissions software and contact management preferred • Must reside and work legally in the U.S.; all work must be performed within the U.S. • Committed follower of Jesus Christ with the stated evangelical Christian beliefs • Able to effectively communicate personal faith and apply biblical principles and convictions in the workplace • Must have a strong sense of calling to the ministry of Colorado Christian University • Regularly attend and be engaged in meaningful involvement in a Bible-believing evangelical local church • Knowledgeable about the Word of God and passionate about Christian education • Must be a traditional evangelical Christian whose lifestyle is compatible with CCU's Statement of Faith and agrees with the University's Strategic Priorities
