📋 Description

• Support the planning and coordination of projects from initiation to completion • Support the definition of project goals, deliverables, and timelines • Assist in developing and implementing program strategies aligned with organizational objectives • Track project progress, maintain schedules, and report status to the team • Organize project meetings and document minutes, action items, and follow-ups • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow • Collaborate with key Program Managers to ensure program objectives are met • Collaborate with Product Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to align program objectives with business goals • Maintain alignment between program goals and organizational strategy through communication and relationship management • Foster working relationships with internal and external partners • Identify cost-reduction, efficiency, and ROI improvement opportunities • Allocate resources, manage team assignments and workloads, and optimize performance • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues affecting program success • Monitor program progress and performance and make data-driven decisions • Identify process gaps and drive process-improvement initiatives • Standardize program management practices to improve communication, transparency, and reporting • Report to senior management on program status, achievements, risks, and key decisions • Track and report project performance metrics and analyze data for continuous improvement • Assist with post-program reviews and lessons-learned sessions

🎯 Requirements

• PMP or other relevant certification is a plus • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Basic understanding of project management principles is a plus • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Eagerness to learn and grow within a program management career • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Program Management, or a related field • 3-5 years of experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employment-based visa sponsorship
