📋 Description

• Lead and manage multiple small to medium-sized projects or a few complex programs • Ensure adherence to program scope, budgets, timelines, and business objectives • Lead cross-functional teams for bid and proposal submissions • Oversee pursuit through order capture for new and existing business opportunities • Develop commercial models and scenario planning to determine pricing strategies • Lead customer contract negotiations and manage key terms and conditions • Participate in P&L forecasting, annual and long-range financial planning, and program review meetings • Deliver financial forecasts and ensure business-case commitments, financial plans, forecasts, and value-stream goals are achieved • Monitor program strategy implementation and contribute to long-term planning and continuous improvement • Serve as the primary customer interface and ensure program requirements are defined and met • Maintain and update program plans, schedules, budgets, and performance targets • Drive accountability across internal teams and vendors • Manage and report program Profit & Loss to achieve profitability targets • Identify and mitigate program risks and implement solutions for resource, scope, and customer-feedback issues • Serve as the primary business contact for contract negotiations, contract changes, proposals, business plans, and compliance efforts • Lead, guide, and support professionals, potentially as a people leader, including work-scope, performance, and development management • Support new business development and value-stream strategies for program growth • Represent Collins Aerospace Airports business to customers • Oversee assigned programs from inception through completion

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree, preferably in business administration, project management, or related field, or equivalent experience, and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience; alternatively, an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management specifically with airlines/airports programs • Experience with change and risk management principles and practices • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, MS Project, and/or Smartsheet • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to travel up to 25%, occasionally on short notice • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred • 5+ years of program management experience with demonstrated P&L acumen preferred • Prior proposal development, contract negotiation, and/or commercial management experience preferred • Prior indirect or matrixed leadership experience preferred • MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred • Fluency in Spanish preferred • Security clearance not required
