📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) security compliance program • Partner with Security, Business, R&D and Business Development teams to maintain authorization requirements for use by federal agencies • Develop and manage FedRAMP project plans, schedules and deliverables • Support monitoring and management of contracts aligned to FedRAMP authorization, including 3PAO • Monitor System Security Plans, Security and Privacy Policies and Procedures, POA&Ms, SARs and other required documentation • Monitor and manage system vulnerabilities, remediation plans and tickets, and track POA&M items through resolution • Lead and coordinate FedRAMP Continuous Monitoring efforts and submit ConMon artifacts and deliverables to FedRAMP and federal agencies • Prepare for and facilitate audits, assessments and significant changes; coordinate documentation updates, SCR forms, impact assessments and Change Control Board reviews • Interface with external audit teams to coordinate evidence collection, document delivery, penetration testing, interviews and additional testing • Act as central liaison between Solventum teams and federal agencies, including the FedRAMP PMO • Educate internal stakeholders on FedRAMP requirements and ensure continued compliance • Maintain current knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, FISMA, CMMC and other government security frameworks • Perform other cybersecurity duties aligned to federal contracts and solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7 years of Program Management experience OR High School Diploma/GED AND 11 years of Program Management experience • Understanding FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, FISMA, CMMC and other government security frameworks • Must be able to pass a government background check for a position of T5 Public Trust • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • Master’s degree in health informatics, cybersecurity, or the like from an accredited institution • Experience briefing executive level personnel • Experience within DoD and VA health care environments with direct responsibility for project or program management activities • Ability to multi-task and handle large and sometimes complex workload under time constraints • Travel: 20%
