📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of PartsSource's largest and most complex customer programs across enterprise health systems, IDNs, and multi-site organizations • Lead matrixed project teams spanning Engagement Managers, Implementation Specialists, technical resources, third-party partners, and cross-functional teams • Serve as the single accountable point of contact for customer executives and own the integrated program • Build and maintain master program plans with critical paths, sequencing logic, milestones, and dependency mapping • Translate multi-solution commercial agreements into coherent delivery scope and own the master statement of work • Size program effort, identify resourcing gaps, negotiate capacity, and manage program-level change requests • Design and run governance models, integration cadences, and executive Steering Committees • Produce reporting on progress, risks, decisions, and value delivered • Manage program risks, technical integrations, data feeds, interfaces, asset migration, ERP connections, and third-party delivery relationships • Sequence onsite activities across facilities and geographies, including inventories, deployments, and go-live support • Lead change management, validate adoption, confirm benefits realization, and manage the Customer Onboarding Index result against the 85%+ standard • Lead the In-Market Support phase through transition to Services and Customer Success • Run retrospectives and improve implementation methodology • Coordinate resources across solution practices and define transitions with Services and Customer Care • Advocate for platform improvements with Product and Engineering • Build reusable delivery assets and coach Engagement Managers and junior program managers

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years delivering enterprise programs or complex implementations end to end, from scoping through benefits realization, in healthcare, health technology, or adjacent industry • 3+ years running programs with multiple concurrent workstreams under a single plan with real dependencies on each other • Demonstrated experience leading matrixed delivery teams without formal authority, including holding peers and senior stakeholders to commitments • Prior experience integrating technology solutions into clinical operations to improve clinical and care capacity through formal cross-functional change management across multi-disciplinary stakeholders • Experience with multi-site or multi-entity rollouts within health systems, IDNs, or comparable distributed organizations • Experience managing programs with multiple technical integrations and third-party applications, vendors, or delivery partners • Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships at the VP or C-suite level • Strong executive communication and ability to hold a position under pressure • Ability to travel up to 50% in support of client implementations, executive reviews, and onsite activities • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required • Preferred: direct experience with clinical engineering, biomedical, or managed equipment services • Preferred: understanding of service contract mechanics, OEM versus ISO service trade-offs, and acute care versus ambulatory environments • Preferred: comfort with enterprise program commercial structures, including master agreements, subordinate SOWs, joinders, and phased site additions • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management credential preferred
