📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding for high-value or complex clients • Oversee program-level coordination across multiple workstreams and dependencies • Serve as primary point of contact for clients and internal teams • Coordinate CRM, Data, Marketing, Digital, Support, and other internal workstreams • Facilitate client-facing status meetings, internal check-ins, and milestone reviews • Anticipate and resolve risks, issues, and cross-functional blockers • Guide clients through transitions to new tools, platforms, workflows, and business processes • Translate client goals and business-process needs into implementation requirements, decisions, risks, and recommendations • Partner with subject-matter experts while retaining overall project ownership • Maintain risk, issue, decision, and dependency records • Lead issue resolution and drive decisions to closure • Escalate issues with impact analysis, options, and recommendations • Use trends and lessons learned to strengthen mitigation strategies • Create and maintain client-facing and leadership reporting • Maintain project plans, logs, reports, and governance materials • Contribute to portfolio visibility across the Project Manager team • Support journey mapping, process mapping, and solution-shaping sessions • Identify systemic patterns requiring broader product, operational, or organizational solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in Project Management, Client Onboarding, or SaaS/CRM implementations • Proven success leading complex, multi-workstream client implementations or enterprise-level onboarding projects • Strong client management and communication skills • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels • Expertise with project management and collaboration tools, such as Smartsheet, Asana, and Microsoft Teams • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Strategic thinking with hands-on project management expertise • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management • Proactive risk mitigation and solution-oriented communication • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and evolving priorities • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred • Inclusive mindset, strong communication and customer service skills, critical thinking, process orientation, collaboration, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
