📋 Description

• Track and synthesize macroeconomic trends, IT market dynamics, and B2B buying behaviors into Marketing and Sales recommendations • Develop and operationalize customer personas using data, customer surveys, focus groups, SME interviews, and third-party insights • Design and execute custom market research to deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations • Translate Voice of Customer feedback into prioritized insights, recommendations, and measurable follow-up actions • Communicate insights with Marketing channel owners, Sales, Solution & Services teams, and Digital to inform campaign and go-to-market efforts • Manage third-party data, research-vendor, and industry-association partnerships • Democratize access to insights through self-service resources, customized alerts, and scalable research assets • Foster innovation and continuous learning through campaign experimentation, VOC feedback, and post-activity debriefs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related business science field • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, analytics or strategy, with a focus on industry or technology-specific story-telling • Strong analytical skills and experience with forecasting and scenario planning • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate research, synthesize complex data and scale actionable insights • Proficiency in using CRM and sales data to drive marketing decisions • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Familiarity with industry reports from sources such as Gartner and Forrester • Ability to stay updated on competitor activities and market trends • Experience in gathering and utilizing customer feedback
