📋 Description

• Drive the strategic direction of products from conception to execution • Define product vision, roadmap, and objectives aligned with business goals and customer needs • Build relationships with technical and non-technical teams, including Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, Digital Engagement Managers, and Product Marketing • Build relationships with product end users across Sales, Integrated Tech Services/Solutions and Services, Operations, Product & Purchase Management, and Finance • Present and demo capabilities to stakeholders at all organizational levels, including the C-suite • Define and track KPIs for product initiatives • Apply hypothesis-driven feature development • Develop and articulate product roadmaps aligned with company objectives and market trends • Translate roadmaps into actionable strategies for product growth and innovation • Define and maintain persona-based journey maps • Own and prioritize the product backlog • Conduct market research and user interviews to identify customer requirements and validate hypotheses • Lead feature prioritization and coordinate with agile teams on Program Increments • Create and maintain PI artifacts, including feature backlogs, WSJF analyses, sprint plans, and release notes • Collaborate with architects, designers, and product owners on innovative, scalable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • 5+ years of Product Management, Professional Services or Technology experience • Proven track record of successfully managing products from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience with Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban • Experience with subscriptions, annuities, and/or renewable contracts requiring lifecycle management • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate granular detail at a high level • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet prioritized deadlines • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong PowerPoint experience • Demonstrated ability to present data to stakeholders for full scenario understanding • Track record of identifying process improvements and making recommendations • Strong negotiation skills • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, Certinia PSA, and Lucidchart is a plus • Experience with Zuora, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, or other subscription management platforms is a plus
