📋 Description

• Build relationships with technical and non-technical teams, including Sales, Integrated Tech Services, Operations, and Finance, to align objectives and priorities • Present and demo capabilities at all organizational levels, including the C-suite • Define and track KPIs to measure product initiative success against business objectives • Apply hypothesis-driven feature development • Develop and articulate product roadmaps aligned with company objectives and market trends • Translate roadmaps into actionable strategies to drive product growth and innovation • Define and maintain persona-based journey maps • Own and prioritize the product backlog • Conduct market research and user interviews to identify customer requirements and validate product hypotheses • Lead strategic vision for the Professional Services domain and coordinate release planning with agile teams • Plan and execute Program Increments (PIs) • Create and maintain feature backlogs, WSJF, sprint plans, and release notes • Collaborate with architects, designers, and product owners to develop scalable solutions meeting customer and technical requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • 3+ years of Product Management, Professional Services or Technology experience • Proven track record of successfully managing products from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience with Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban • Experience with professional or managed services is required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate granular-level detail at a high level • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet prioritized deadlines • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong PowerPoint experience • Demonstrated ability to present data to stakeholders for full scenario understanding • Track record of identifying process improvements and making recommendations • Strong negotiation skills • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, Certinia PSA, and Lucidchart is a plus • 5+ years of Product Management, Professional Services or Technology experience preferred
