📋 Description

• Drive and execute marketing programs supporting Skin Health category needs and building a sustainable, profitable business • Lead cross-functional teams in strategic and new product development projects • Perform product- and category-level P&L analyses to optimize profitability • Analyze data to inform business decisions, forecast results, and infer manufacturing implications • Synthesize insights from multiple sources into compelling stories for customers, leadership, and sales teams • Serve as the expert for the Skin Health portfolio, including Pressure Redistribution, Safe Patient Handling, Advanced Wound Care, Advanced Skin Care, and Incontinence • Work with sales, global sourcing, and other stakeholders to address day-to-day business needs and resolve issues • Manage the product portfolio and maintain a superior value proposition • Monitor the global marketplace and competitive landscape and collect business intelligence • Conduct voice-of-customer and market research to identify needs, assess viability and market acceptance, and determine competitive price points • Develop and maintain claims, collateral, and training materials • Collaborate with Product Supply and Demand Planning to align demand forecasts with production capacity, maintain adequate inventory, and meet working capital objectives • Report to the Director, Skin Health

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/related field and minimum 10 years prior business experience required • Minimum 6 years in Marketing/Product Management; Skin Health experience strongly preferred • Experience in Advanced Wound Care, Advanced Skin Care, and/or Incontinence strongly preferred • MBA desirable or equivalent experience • Ability to survey the Skin Health market landscape, evaluate opportunities, and develop and implement business plans • Clinical Experience preferred • Strong analytical, decision-making, influence, and communication skills, including delivering presentations to large audiences • Ability to decompose complex problems into structured action plans • Experience analyzing large amounts of data and summarizing key insights • Ability to drive complex projects, lead cross-functional teams, and track progress against key milestones • Ability to operate in a complex environment while managing conflicting priorities • Strong financial acumen, including exposure to basic financial modeling, preferred • Proven ability to assess needs, identify issues, summarize and present information/recommendations, and implement change • Ability to travel approximately 25% to suppliers, conferences, and customer meetings
