📋 Description

• Provide operational management for regional sales districts and drive profitable revenue growth • Navigate operational processes, drive efficiency, and strategize with sales leaders • Serve as liaison and escalation path for Backoffice departments • Develop trusted partnerships with sales managers • Build collaborative relationships with internal CDW departments to resolve order issues, including drop ship emergencies, backorder management, and bid escalation • Evaluate and communicate unusual or complex content clearly • Strategize with sales managers to build partner and customer relationships that generate business opportunities • Align with strategic OEM partners to organize sales enablement activities driving growth and profitability • Assess negative gross margin, freight/price adjustments, and RMAs to balance profitability and customer satisfaction • Gather and analyze data to solve complex problems • Resolve escalated customer service issues • Provide actionable insights on Sales Analytics reporting • Suggest improvements to processes and solutions to improve efficiency • Review month-end open order reports and manage backorder reports to close deals and retain business with CDW • Facilitate resolution of account manager commission miscalculations • Support strategic sales initiatives and company goals • Provide subject matter guidance, training, and just-in-time coaching to account managers • Identify account manager skill gaps and work with sales management on development plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree and 2 years of sales process experience required • Minimum 1-year CDW experience OR 2 years external sales process management experience required • Ability to compute, analyze, and interpret numerical data for reporting purposes • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to develop actionable recommendations • Ability to develop trusted internal and external relationships at all organizational levels • Ability to balance multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and meet deadlines • Proven ability to collaborate, take initiative, and creatively solve problems • Understanding/appreciation of maintaining confidentiality • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% or as needed to other CDW locations, meetings, and client sites • Sales process management experience • Expert knowledge of AS400 and SPS order processing • Deep knowledge of backbone departments, responsibilities, and processes
