📋 Description

• Provide value to the business by implementing solutions as designed to customer satisfaction and approval • Understand client environments, identify client needs, and communicate solutions effectively • Design, ingest, transform, validate, and document analytics data solutions, including medallion-style data marts • Manage time and expenses against Statement of Work expectations and escalate potential budget issues • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics data for reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and business decision-making • Develop and maintain data ingestion and transformation processes using Snowflake, SQL, DBT, and cloud data technologies • Monitor data pipelines and automated jobs for accurate and timely data delivery • Validate and test data transformations • Ensure data processes are efficient, repeatable, documented, and aligned with governance and privacy expectations • Work independently across multiple customer projects and keep management informed of project status • Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions for complex technology problems • Identify and communicate cross-selling opportunities to the sales team • Develop team best practices • Perform solution quality assurance against project deliverables, scope, and Statement of Work • Provide implementation and migration planning, coordinate vendor installations, and meet client timetables • Facilitate communication between product team members • Transfer technical skills and knowledge to clients through work logs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ professional experience with relational data models, databases, data engineering, ingestion, transformation, and analytics delivery OR 9+ years’ professional experience in these areas • Strong experience with Snowflake, DBT, AWS, and SQL • Experience with data transformation, cleansing, preparation, and performance-minded development • Experience developing datasets for ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and marketing or business stakeholder insights • Experience working in highly regulated industries and complying with governance, data privacy, and data quality requirements • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation • Demonstrated attention to detail and analytical skills for identifying risks • Ability to balance competing priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and meet deadlines • Demonstrated experience applying lessons learned to unique problems • History of reskilling on new technologies and understanding differences from past technologies • Ability and willingness to travel as needed to other CDW locations or client sites • Preferred experience with healthcare data and marketing data • Bachelor’s degree in IT, software engineering, data engineering, or a related field is preferred
