📋 Description

• Own the technical relationship with customers and serve as their technical advocate • Understand customer business needs and provide guidance on public cloud best practices • Perform technical reviews of customer public cloud environments across all Well-Architected Framework pillars • Meet regularly with customers to understand operational needs and provide personalized recommendations • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customers and ensure excellent customer experiences • Use Cloud Management Platforms to provide visibility into cloud spend and align spending with goals and budgets • Conduct regular ticket reviews with customers • Educate customers on current and new technologies and services, including CDW and public cloud offerings • Explain how CDW and cloud products, services, solutions, and product roadmaps align with customer use cases and service gaps • Serve as an escalation point for Customer Engagement support engineers • Hold regular customer governance sessions • Support Billing with customer questions and provide insight into invoice line items • Stay current on cloud infrastructure and operations trends and best practices across Azure, AWS, and GCP

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in a cloud engineering / customer support role or DevOps engineering role OR 9+ years’ experience in a cloud engineering / customer support role or DevOps engineering role • Experience in a technical account management, InfraOps or customer-facing role • Experience with customer relationship management, especially c-level or senior leadership • Technical expertise in public cloud computing, including AWS, Azure, and GCP technologies, architectures, and best practices • Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Customer-centric mindset and passion for driving customer success • Ability to anticipate customer needs, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans • Associate cloud certification
