📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional, highly complex projects • Establish project scope and detailed requirements • Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle • Identify and manage issues, risks, and changes • Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed according to plan • Develop project schedules, resource plans, and budgets in collaboration with resource managers, team leads, Finance, and executives • Monitor and track progress against project plans • Report project status to stakeholders through formal and informal communication methods • Communicate project status, issues, risks, goals, and objectives to project teams, management, and stakeholders • Create regular status reports • Improve organizational project management processes and standards • Monitor project hours and costs against estimates and budgets • Monitor and report on project budgets • Manage multiple concurrent projects • Mentor and train other Project Team members • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience • 8+ years of demonstrated project management experience and project implementation • Experience with distributed project teams • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and listening skills • Ability to present complex technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-effort, dynamic work environment • Experience with Dynamics 365 or equivalent ERP system • Strong Microsoft Office skills • Ability to work extended hours when needed to meet project deadlines • Experience in thermal oxidation or air pollution control preferred • PMI / PMP certification strongly preferred • Some travel may be required • Compliance with company attendance standards
