📋 Description

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects • Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips • Verify effective project governance, processes, and systems • Ensure application of best practice on all projects • Produce formal project status reports and other required reports • Monitor multiple construction projects simultaneously and ensure approved design standards are applied • Manage supplier interfaces through monthly trackers and weekly reviews • Manage project information flow through regular meetings and written communications • Forecast and update key project milestones • Manage and monitor local design teams according to commission criteria • Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders • Respond rapidly to field RFIs • Provide expertise in cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance • Independently review status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs • Develop excellent client relationships and maximize new opportunities • Advise project teams on approaches for achieving client and business objectives • Capture key project information and learnings • Identify improvements to internal systems and processes • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant project management experience • Strong organizational and management skills • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team • Effective presentation skills • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools • Excellent communication skills
