📋 Description

• Track agency deliverables against strategic direction • Take notes on calls and follow up on action items • Coordinate bylined and contributed pieces • Draft and shepherd articles through internal review and coordination with agencies of record • Review and help create campaign copy, messaging and supporting assets • Work closely with product marketing and consult company subject matter experts • Manage consistency and brand voice across marketing content before it ships • Handle press release posting and process management

🎯 Requirements

• Three-plus years in communications, PR, marketing or agency coordination • Experience working with external PR or creative agencies is a plus • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field • Meticulous organization and follow-through when tracking deliverables, deadlines and action items across multiple workstreams • Strong editorial ability to align content for voice, consistency and AP style across formats • Comfortable coordinating across product marketing, subject matter experts and outside agencies • Ability to catch inconsistencies in messaging and brand voice before content ships • Ability to juggle shifting priorities across agency, editorial and campaign work without dropping the ball
