📋 Description

• Develop strategic customer relationships that deliver revenue growth, gross profit expansion, and retention outcomes • Set account plans that translate customer needs into prioritized growth initiatives and engagement roadmaps • Deliver targeted programs and solutions that expand adoption, deepen customer value, and reduce churn risk • Identify and advance new business opportunities by shaping proposals and moving deals toward closure • Provide proactive customer communications and follow-through that sustain alignment, confidence, and continuity of service • Resolve complex but familiar customer issues by coordinating stakeholders, driving decisions, and confirming closure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • 4+ years of experience in B2B account management, proposal development, renewals, deal negotiation, or a related field required • Certification in customer success, account management, client relationship management or equivalent preferred
