📋 Description

• Design and facilitate Agile-aligned training sessions, workshops, and coaching engagements • Train teams, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, and senior leaders • Guide teams and leaders through Agile implementation, including structures, roles, principles, and practices • Deliver SAFe certification courses aligned with transformation requirements • Assess team and organizational Agile maturity and develop tailored learning paths • Support Agile Release Train launches, PI Planning events, and continuous improvement initiatives • Partner with RTEs, Agile Coaches, and leadership to align training strategy with transformation goals • Develop and maintain training content, presentations, job aids, simulations, and e-learning modules • Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics tied to flow, quality, and predictability

🎯 Requirements

• Active SAFe Certification(s), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) • 3+ years of hands-on Agile work experience in a practitioner role within a SAFe or scaled Agile environment • 2+ years of experience delivering Agile or SAFe training to diverse technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to navigate organizational complexity and facilitate change at team, program, and portfolio levels • Strong understanding of SAFe principles and practices, including PI Planning, ART execution, Lean-Agile mindset, and DevSecOps integration • Ability to coach in the moment during trainings on Agile best practices • Preferred: experience supporting large-scale SAFe transformations across multiple Agile Release Trains • Preferred: familiarity with Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps • Preferred: background in adult learning principles, instructional design, or facilitation methodologies • Preferred: exposure to Lean portfolio management and value stream mapping
