📋 Description

• Navigate teams and leaders on agile implementation, including structure, roles, principles, and practices, to improve flow, predictability, and outcomes • Plan, organize, communicate, and deliver training programs and workshops for Agile Enablement and Digital Transformation engagements • Work with leaders to map training plans for individuals and teams undergoing Agile adoption and/or Digital Transformation • Contribute to the design and development of internal and outsourced training programs • Review, evaluate, modify, and/or create training materials and educational aids • Gather feedback, assess instructional effectiveness, and analyze performance results to determine training impact on skills and KPIs • Adjust training materials and presentations to drive continuous improvement • Conduct training needs assessments and provide input on present and future training needs • Coordinate training session logistics, including space planning, attendees, supplies, and instructors • Maintain updated curriculum databases, training records, in-house training facilities, and equipment • Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design • Apply education principles and stay current on training methods and techniques • Research and recommend new training methods, such as gamification

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • 4+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related field required • Certification in SAFe SPC, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or equivalent preferred
