📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap supporting enterprise transformation initiatives and measurable business value • Support governance and investment decisions for platform capabilities, integrations, data management, process standardization, and technology enhancements • Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to define solution strategies and guide platform evolution • Optimize contract lifecycle processes through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement • Oversee Icertis platform adoption, performance, and value realization by establishing success measures and evaluating outcomes • Provide guidance on product capabilities, governance standards, implementation best practices, and future-state contracting strategies • Drive enterprise contract digitization initiatives using Icertis capabilities • Translate business objectives into platform strategies and advise stakeholders on sustainable product investments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 2+ years of experience supporting, managing, or owning enterprise software platforms • Experience serving as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Platform Owner, or comparable business-facing technology leadership role • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) technologies, with Icertis experience strongly preferred • Demonstrated ability to partner with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to deliver business outcomes • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing vendor relationships • Experience with enterprise contract digitization, legal operations, or procurement transformation initiatives • Experience working in highly regulated industries • Icertis certifications or equivalent platform administration and governance experience
