📋 Description

• Taking incoming calls • Taking and completing client and pharmacy orders • Answering client inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism • Process orders received via fax, e-mail and phone • Provide confirmation when requested • Process pick tickets through the ERP System selecting the appropriate carrier ensuring timely delivery • Communicate with multiple external and internal customers • Adhere to all procedures and work instructions in performing the job • Communicate with various internal departments on a regular basis for customer/product related issues • Maintain accurate information regarding backorders • Provide customers and clients with accurate answers to questions and complaints regarding shipments and services

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required • Demonstrated administrative experience, including scheduling, documentation management, data entry, coordination of activities, and stakeholder communication • Some knowledge of the healthcare industry, including healthcare operations, regulatory requirements, patient-centered service delivery, and industry best practices • Bilingualism is required (French/English)
