📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery execution and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery • Utilize lean, agile, and flow-based practices to improve throughput and reduce cycle time • Coordinate planning, agile ceremonies, discovery-to-delivery handoffs, sprint cadence, and retrospectives • Collaborate with product teams to create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases • Hold product team members accountable for deliverables and resolve risks, dependencies, and constraints • Coordinate with Commercialization and Enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI teams to meet delivery timelines • Prioritize work with product teams in alignment with strategy, outcomes, value, and delivery commitments • Support security, privacy, audit, and data governance requirements • Facilitate discovery sessions, cross-functional workshops, and stakeholder communications • Support dual-track discovery and early validation of assumptions • Coordinate product and feature release management logistics • Track progress on goals, OKRs, and success indicators • Provide outcome-focused reporting using delivery metrics and analytics • Foster team culture, psychological safety, and high performance • Perform related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in delivery management, program management, agile leadership, or similar roles within data/analytics • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience required • Proven success delivering complex data products • Experience with ADO, Jira, Confluence, and other agile project management and collaboration tools is highly desirable • Strong agile, lean, and flow-based delivery expertise • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Familiarity with data engineering, cloud platforms, and AI delivery • Knowledge of the Product Operating Model • Spanish proficiency preferred
