• Lead the sourcing team in developing and executing technology category strategies across software, hardware, cloud/SaaS, telecommunications, and data services • Own MA&D category management activities, including technology due diligence, synergy identification, contract migration, and post-close integration or separation • Build stakeholder relationships across IT, Legal, Finance, Corporate Development, and senior leadership • Oversee technology spend categories and guide sourcing team members • Provide guidance on complex technology contract negotiations • Direct vendor contract integration, transition service agreements, carve-out planning, and vendor separation activities • Analyze technology category performance metrics to identify strategic opportunities and drive continuous improvement • Develop the annual technology category plan and budget, incorporating the M&A/divestiture pipeline • Conduct regular team meetings, evaluate staff performance, and support professional development • Monitor technology market trends, emerging technologies, and vendor capabilities • Review and update category management policies, procedures, and the M&A/divestiture playbook • Identify cost savings and process improvements in technology procurement operations
• Relatable professional experience in technology categories including software, cloud/SaaS, hardware, telecom, and data services within a matrixed environment • Exposure to Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures transactions • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, information technology, or finance • Minimum of seven years' experience • Three years of supervisory experience • Ten years within Technology/Indirect Procurement preferred • Prior involvement in M&A or divestiture-related sourcing activities strongly preferred • Strong understanding of technology procurement metrics, trends, and sourcing methodologies • Experience with technology due diligence, synergy identification, contract migration, and post-close integration or separation • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong collaboration, analytical, critical thinking, teamwork, and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of software licensing models, cloud/SaaS agreements, and IT service contracts • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook • Exceptional project management skills in cross-functional environments • Experience managing complex technology contract development, negotiation, and compliance • Ability to design and implement processes supporting business objectives, operational efficiency, and internal controls • Outstanding leadership and execution skills with a proven history of delivering quality results
