📋 Description

• Manages multi-segment growth and in-market execution plans • Secures complex renewals and new agreements • Constructs strategic account governance to deepen executive relationships • Calibrates forecasting and pipeline integrity • Evaluates market, competitor, and customer signals • Resolves escalations by diagnosing root causes • Elevates sales capability through talent assessment and coaching

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • 12+ years of experience in field sales, territory management, or a related field required • Certification in healthcare compliance, certified strategic account manager, or equivalent preferred
