📋 Description

• Serve as an instructor and subject matter expert on independent pharmacy store operations • Collaborate with Business Coaching Coordinator and leadership for effective coverage • Enhance customer retention and engagement through productive business relationships • Execute client-facing processes and maintain coaching activities within CRM • Compile pharmacy data to prepare reports and assist in portfolio creation • Drive results through identifying key customer needs and implementing solutions • Oversee programs and communicate information effectively • Identify weaknesses in pharmacy operations • Assess customer needs and segment pharmacies accordingly • Guide in-store implementations and collaborate for successful execution • Maintain strong knowledge of the independent retail pharmacy market • Provide leadership with insights and recommendations for managing programs • Create and implement new concepts as necessary • Represent business coaching programs at relevant meetings and events • Willingness to travel up to 75% or more within assigned territory

🎯 Requirements

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or computer sciences • A minimum of seven (7) years of industry experience and/or directly related and progressively responsible experience • Advanced knowledge of the retail pharmacy industry, including trends and challenges • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing • Ability to actively listen and influence others • Advanced knowledge and understanding of value, profit, and budgeting • Proven successful business tactics with a credible image in the industry • Knowledge of product and customer service standards for independent retail pharmacy business • Advanced analytical and probing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office • Strong presentation, interpersonal, relationship-building, organizational, and prioritization skills
