📋 Description

• Manage intercompany transactions, reconcile balances, and ensure compliance with accounting standards • Manage the end-to-end process for intercompany transactions, including sales, purchases, loans and settlements • Support month-end and year-end close processes by preparing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations related to intercompany activities • Work with tax, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost accounting, royalties and group reporting teams • Provide documentation and support to internal and external auditors • Administer all bank users/processes, Intercompany modules, and Exchange rates module • Resolve reconciling items with intercompany contacts • Assist with identification and implementation of systems improvements • Update documentation relating to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) • Handle internal and external requests with a customer-driven focus

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in Accounting or related field • 5 or more years of experience in Intercompany • Experience working with an offshore team strongly preferred • Proven leadership experience • Previous experience with SAP preferred • Intermediate Microsoft Excel • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, meet established targets, direct staff assignments and be adaptable/flexible
