📋 Description

• Create engaging video and motion design assets for brand, marketing, and internal communications • Design and animate motion graphics for digital, social, web, presentations, and internal channels • Develop and maintain templated motion and video systems to enable fast, consistent reuse across teams • Edit video content, including pacing, color correction, audio refinement, and basic compositing • Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines, visual identity, and quality standards • Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, creative leads, and program managers • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Prepare and deliver assets in multiple formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios • Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining quality and timelines • Maintain well-organized files and adhere to established workflows and processes • Stay current on motion design trends, tools, and industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or related field • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop • Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling • Ability to translate creative concepts into compelling motion and video experiences • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
