• Plan, develop, write, and manage interactive learning content for the Censys LMS • Structure courses and learning paths from goals through final publication • Transform instructor-led training content into engaging, self-paced eLearning • Design interactive capture-the-flag learning exercises with subject matter experts • Assist the Senior Content Manager with product documentation • Create and execute processes to keep technical content and email onboarding programs current • Produce video content covering feature releases, customer personas, and real-world product use cases • Select appropriate formats such as documentation, video, interactive walkthroughs, or hands-on exercises • Teach users how Censys works, why it matters, and its value to daily workflows • Explain Censys applications in attack surface management, critical infrastructure monitoring, and threat hunting/threat intelligence • Participate in feature development and testing and advocate for user-experience improvements • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success
• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, content development, or a related content/enablement role • Demonstrated experience building content for an LMS or other eLearning platform, including course structuring and publishing • Strong writing skills and ability to translate complex technical product functionality into clear, engaging content • Experience producing or coordinating video content, from scripting through final production • Comfort learning technical, security-focused products in depth and translating that knowledge into teachable content • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple content workstreams and deadlines simultaneously • Experience working across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to gather input and validate content accuracy • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI
