📋 Description

• Gather business requirements for existing data warehouse processes and production applications by interviewing technical staff and subject-matter experts. • Schedule walkthroughs and business reviews to validate requirements. • Identify, validate, and document metadata usage and data lineage. • Map business process flows using Visio and research and recommend appropriate solutions. • Exercise judgment and guide less experienced team members within assigned applications. • Provide outstanding service to customers. • Leverage business and technical knowledge to conduct root cause analysis. • Document findings to drive defect resolution. • Work with internal teams to understand the product and documentation requirements. • Create and maintain information architecture based on SOW requirements and COR clarification. • Produce high-quality documentation meeting applicable standards for its intended audience. • Ensure the quality of all reports and deliverables under the contract.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Technical Writing, Computer Science, Information Technology). • Four or more years of professional experience. • Proven experience as a technical writer or similar role. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Visio, Jira, Confluence, etc.). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Familiarity with the SDLC and healthcare industry, particularly Medicare and Medicaid. • Experience with data warehousing and metadata management. • Knowledge of Medicare and/or Medicaid fraud, waste and abuse or program integrity work.
