📋 Description

• Scale technical knowledge across customers, partners, and customer-facing teams through technical content, education, and enablement • Build technical enablement programs, including certifications, workshops, and partner training • Create technical content and hands-on learning experiences for practitioners • Own competitive technical marketing assets, including battlecards, technical comparisons, and proof points • Design and deliver technical enablement programs, certifications, workshops, and hands-on learning experiences • Create solution guides, blogs, whitepapers, playbooks, demo guides, FAQs, and practitioner-focused content • Develop and maintain competitive technical marketing assets and demo guidance • Support product launches with technical content, training, and enablement in partnership with Product Marketing • Translate product capabilities and research into customer-ready technical resources with Product Management and Censys ARC • Gather feedback to continuously improve technical content and enablement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity in Technical Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Customer Success, Product Management, Product Marketing, or a related technical customer-facing role • Experience with Security Operations, Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, Exposure Management, Attack Surface Management, or related cybersecurity technologies • Exceptional technical writing, communication, and presentation skills • Experience creating technical content, sales enablement, partner enablement, training, certification, or educational programs • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex products, customer workflows, and technical architectures • Experience delivering technical workshops, customer education, demos, or instructor-led training • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and consistently deliver high-quality work • Familiarity with Internet infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, or Internet-facing security technologies • Experience supporting reseller, MSSP, distributor, or technology partner ecosystems
