📋 Description

• Own the Pacific Northwest territory spanning Washington, Oregon, and Northern California • Identify and engage prospective K-12 customers, including private, charter, and parochial institutions • Qualify and convert inbound leads into active pipeline opportunities • Drive the sales process from lead generation through deal closure • Maintain accurate Salesforce records and high responsiveness • Build pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events • Build relationships with superintendents, school safety leaders, and key stakeholders • Represent CENTEGIX at conferences, trade shows, and education events • Articulate CENTEGIX product benefits and value proposition to decision-makers • Use social media and digital networking platforms to engage decision-makers and generate pipeline • Collaborate with regional sales teams and technical support to meet customer needs and execute deals • Coordinate with sales team members and strategic partners to cover leads and opportunities and support team quota • Share field market insights and trends with the broader sales team

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, preferably in SaaS, technology, or education sales • Experience selling to K12 districts, public sector, or similar multi-stakeholder buyers strongly preferred • Experience navigating longer sales cycles with committee-based decisions • Proven full-cycle sales skills, from cold prospecting and lead generation through presentation, negotiation, and close • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers from school boards to superintendents • Preferably reside within the Pacific Northwest territory (WA, OR, & N. CA) • Ability to travel across the region, including regular overnight travel of up to 10% for customer meetings, conferences and tradeshows • Self-motivated and disciplined working from a remote home office • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large geographic territory independently • Experience using CRM software; Salesforce preferred
