📋 Description

• Collect, organize, and analyze business and financial data • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries to support business decisions • Assist with staffing analysis, performance tracking, and financial planning • Identify trends and research variances to support ongoing projects • Collaborate with team members to gather information and understand business needs • Support special projects and process improvement initiatives • Learn about processes and functions within the Managed Care industry • Learn various job functions and explore career opportunities • Apply academic knowledge and develop new skills through project contributions • Research legal, regulatory, and other topics within the functional area and industry • Attend training and development presentations • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or a related field • Comfortable working with numbers and interested in business operations • Basic Microsoft Excel skills with a willingness to learn new tools • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills • Analytical mindset and willingness to learn • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college through the internship period • High school diploma or equivalent • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT
