📋 Description

• Work with the Marketing & Community Relations Manager to develop and implement the Health Plan’s community outreach plan • Participate in developing and implementing Marketing team strategies supporting the department and company • Contribute to member growth goals • Maintain knowledge of healthcare programs and regulatory marketing guidelines • Identify and develop relationships with community contacts and organizations • Develop and implement promotional plans for new outreach opportunities • Identify and coordinate outreach activities and materials for community and health events • Attend community and health events to distribute Health Plan information • Support scheduling and delivery of health education presentations • Organize Health Plan staff and resources for selected community events and activities • Distribute written material to customers who request it • Support Health Plan-sponsored programs in schools • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of community outreach experience, or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 2+ years of community outreach experience • Experience working with government-sponsored populations, especially Medicare, Medicaid and SCHIP • Experience in public speaking • Ability to lift up to forty pounds • Ability to travel the entire state • Bilingual in English and Spanish required for this team • Must be within a 30-minute drive of Oklahoma City, OK • Remote role requiring up to 80% local travel/time in the field
