📋 Description

• Review and vet RFP and RFQ opportunities with regional leadership and subject matter experts • Coordinate and respond to opportunities for timely and accurate submissions • Draft requests and incorporate edits and updates from subject matter experts • Ensure drafts are compliant, responsive, and tailored to client needs • Maintain security and integrity of proposal documentation • Identify and document new requirements with subject matter experts • Facilitate internal review and flow of proposal inputs • Direct production of final master proposals • Establish and maintain response timelines and deadlines • Develop and maintain proposal best practices • Handle RFP follow-up requests, proposal library updates, and ad hoc assignments • Support organizational quality programs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience required, preferably within engineering, construction, architecture, environmental, or other professional services • Minimum of four (4) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • At least one (1) year of project management experience required • At least one (1) year of proofreading and editing experience required • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred • Eight (8) to ten (10) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred/advanced • Five (5)+ years of proposal management experience preferred • Experience creating proposals responding to public-agency RFQs and RFPs • Strong grammar and proofreading skills • Knowledge of appropriate software • Good project management, time management, and organizational skills • PC literacy, including Microsoft Office products • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to meet deadlines • Ability to develop and manage teaming relationships supporting RFP requirements, including minority and subcontracting participation goals
