📋 Description

• Conduct screening on potential client calls • Complete all documentation associated with client calls • Complete all required reports associated with Needs Assessment/Referral Development • Handle on-call/off hours admissions, referral and transportation needs • Maintain accurate bed availability throughout the entire Pyramid system • Participate in training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills • Provide client-focused behavioral healthcare support within Pyramid Healthcare’s addiction treatment, mental health recovery, and eating disorder treatment services

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor Degree or higher in a Human Service field preferred • Experience in health or human services agency, preferably in a drug & alcohol setting, preferred • Maintain accurate bed availability throughout the entire Pyramid system • Demonstrate conduct in keeping with Pyramid ethical standards • Working knowledge of emotional/mental health/drug & alcohol issues • Demonstrates confidentiality, safety, excellent communication skills, effective interpersonal relationships and ability to be a team player • Availability for Monday-Friday, 11:00 am - 7:30 pm schedule • Ability to handle on-call/off hours admissions, referral and transportation needs
