📋 Description

• Provide sales coverage and develop market penetration for all lines of business in an assigned territory • Provide education, assistance and coordinate community outreach to individuals • Identify prospective enrollees and determine eligibility for Medicaid and/or Medicare • Attend community events, including health fairs, HEDIS initiatives and Member Advisory Groups • Identify and develop relationships with community contacts and organizations • Enroll consumers in Medicare products and present information on Medicaid programs • Help facilitate continued enrollment and provide Medicaid recertification information • Conduct home visits and personalized appointments to complete Medicare enrollment or explain Medicaid products • Assist members with accessing health care, transportation and other services • Follow marketing activity guidelines and provide required materials and documentation • Research and monitor competitive products and marketing practices • Submit reports on territory operations, product acceptance or rejection, and competitive conditions • Perform other duties as assigned and comply with company policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, sales, related field or equivalent experience required • 2+ years of marketing, sales or community relations or outreach experience • Experience preferably in a managed care or Medicaid environment • Bilingual is a plus • State Driver’s License required upon hire • Obtain current state’s Accident and Health Insurance Agent License within 180 days • Ability to lift boxes containing marketing materials for events • Ability to travel
