📋 Description

• Provide dedicated analytics support across enterprise transformation initiatives, including opportunity sizing, process and task intelligence, KPI development, business-case validation, and value-realization tracking • Provide advanced analytical support for business operations in areas such as claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, HEDIS, pharmacy, and external reporting • Extract, load, model, and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple system platforms and sources • Review data to determine operational impacts and needed actions; elevate issues, trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to management • Develop reports and deliverables and make recommendations to management • Assist management in driving business decisions based on data • Ensure compliance with federal and state deliverable reporting requirements by performing data quality audits and analysis • Assist with training and mentoring other Data Analysts • Assist with determining workload and related activities for other Data Analysts • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards • Some travel may be required

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Experience with Advanced SQL, Python, Power BI, Snowflake, or Databricks highly preferred • Background in AI-enabled analytics, automation, or agentic AI exposure a plus • Experience supporting operational transformation, automation, process improvement, or cost-reduction initiatives a plus • Advanced SQL and data modeling, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • 6+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience • Healthcare experience preferred • Experience managing projects or heavy involvement in project implementation • Some travel may be required
