📋 Description

• Lead and direct the long-range budget and financial planning process • Develop financial and strategic analysis • Support executive leadership as required • Direct and maintain overall responsibility for the long-range five-year planning model, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow • Create succinct financial analyses and reports to communicate relevant financial information to management for effective decision-making • Create templates and methodologies for managing budget data • Optimize systems to balance efficiency and end-user experience • Drive effective reporting and analysis requirements for long-range plans • Create a methodology to transition the long-range plan into the annual budget process • Participate as the financial representative on special projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent relevant experience • 7+ years of financial planning/analysis experience • Strong budgeting, analysis, reporting and management experience required • MBA, CPA, public accounting or health care industry experience preferred • Excel and Hyperion Planning software expertise preferred
